Not speaking.
Not defending ourselves.
Not proving a point.
Listening.

Because sometimes we're asking God to speak…
While our Bibles remain closed.
While wise counsel is ignored.
While the voices God has placed around us go unheard.
God speaks through His Word.
God speaks through His people.

And sometimes, God even speaks through silence.
But listening requires something many of us struggle with:
Humility.
It means admitting that we don't know everything.
