What desire in your heart has become more important than God’s will?
In today’s episode, Gaby Alessi Calatayud takes us into James 4:1–3 and challenges us to look beyond the conflicts happening around us and examine what may be happening within us. Sometimes our frustration, jealousy, or anger isn’t simply about what someone else did. It can come from a desire, expectation, or unanswered prayer that has started to take priority over trusting God.
We’ll be encouraged to examine our motives and surrender our desires back to God, remembering that even when life doesn’t unfold according to our plans, He is still good and His will is still greater than our own.
Let’s join in prayer and devotion as a community, asking God to reveal what may be ruling our hearts and help us surrender every desire, plan, and prayer to His will.
