Paul’s situation continued to grow more complicated. He was arrested, falsely accused, surrounded by opposition, and facing threats on his life. Yet in the middle of the chaos, God spoke one simple instruction to him:
“Take courage.”
This devotional is a powerful reminder that even when we cannot clearly see what God is doing, He is still working behind the scenes.
While Paul sat in uncertainty, God was already positioning people and circumstances to protect him and guide his next steps. What looked like a setback was actually part of God’s greater plan.
So many of us know what it feels like to face unanswered questions:
Waiting for direction
Walking through disappointment
Navigating unexpected changes
Wondering if God is still moving
But Acts 23 reminds us that God’s plan is never fragile. Even when life feels confusing, He is still ordering our steps.
This episode encourages listeners to remain faithful in uncertain seasons and trust that God is working in ways we may not fully understand yet.
Sometimes the greatest growth happens when we continue trusting God without having all the answers.
