Are you making plans for your future while leaving God out of them?
In today’s episode, Gaby Alessi Calatayud takes us into James 4:13–17 and the reminder that while planning is wise, tomorrow is never guaranteed. We can pursue goals, dream about the future, and steward our lives well while still holding every plan with open hands and saying, “If the Lord wills.”
We’ll be challenged to surrender our plans, desires, and need for control to God while also responding when He shows us our next step. If we know we need to forgive, apologize, let go, move forward, or step back, we’re called to do more than simply hear God’s Word. We’re called to obey it.
Let’s join in prayer and devotion as a community, asking God to search our hearts, give us the courage to obey, and help us live fully surrendered to His plans and His will.
