Prayer: Where And When

When do you find it easiest to connect with God in prayer—early in the morning, or quietly at night? In today’s episode, host Stephanie Muiña invites us to reflect on the practical questions of where and when we build our strongest prayer habits. Together, we’ll explore why consistency is key to a deeper spiritual life, the blessings of meeting God in private moments, and simple ways we can carve out time—even on our busiest days.
Let’s come together in community, encouraging one another to start fresh in prayer and devotion, and join hands as we seek God’s presence each day.

You're listening to the My Morning Devotional podcast, episode 1284. Today's Devote is called where and When. Hey there. We're the Alessies, a ministry family working together in our church in Miami, Florida. And if you're like us, when days get busy and to do lists get longer, it can be hard to find devotional time.

That's why we've partnered with our friend Allison to produce a five minute daily dose of heaven. This is the My Morning Devotional Podcast. Good morning everybody. Happy Thursday.
00:00:32.070 --> 00:00:39.189
Thanks so much for joining me. My name is Stephanie Molina and I have been talking about prayer this past week.
00:00:39.350 --> 00:00:46.310
Well, today I want to again touch on something more practical and it's where and when we should pray.
00:00:47.109 --> 00:01:30.670
You know, if you wanted to have really, really strong muscles, then what do you have to do? You have to have to work out every single day. I personally want abs. I want a six pack. Sue me. But it's not going to happen because I'm not going to the gym and working out my core every day. I know I'm awful, I know I need to work out my core, but I really just enjoy working my upper body and my lower body and I know I got to work out my core. I totally get it, but I just don't think about it. I forget about working out my core. Well, if I'm not consistently on a daily basis working out my core, then I cannot expect myself to come out with a six pack. That's not how it works. Well, it's the same with our prayer.
00:01:31.150 --> 00:02:09.460
If we want a strong prayer life, then it needs to be an everyday practice and shout out to all of our everyday listeners. If you are putting on our podcast every single day, then you were in the right lane here. We're getting it. You know how to do it. You are diligent. Give yourself a pat on the back because honestly, you just need to begin. Start tomorrow every single day and consistently wake up at 7am or do it at 10pm when everyone's asleep, depending on how you when are you the most clear minded and give yourself 15 to 30 minutes just
