"This verse is asking us to set our minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth.

So if you struggle with anxiety or the feeling of bring unable to ground yourself, hold onto the following list.

Things that are from above:

Grace, Unconditional Love, Acceptance, His promise to protect you, His strength.

Things that are from the earth

The feeling of inadequacy, The feeling of being late or behind in life, Traffic, Anger, Jealousy.

I hope that you take time today to focus on that which is good and Holy. That which is love and light. "
