For Everything There Is A Season

Join me, Alison Elizabeth as we read Ecclesiastes 3:1-8.

"These few verses are absolutely beautiful. My absolute favorite is Verse 4:

a time to weep, and a time to laugh;
a time to mourn, and a time to dance;

Today I am laughing and dancing. I am learning how to celebrate my accomplishments. Something that was so very hard for me to do in the past. Today is a big day for me because I get to celebrate 50 episodes, 50+ hours spent reading and writing what the word of God means to me. 50 times the words God gave me could have sparked change in another person.

Maybe you are not laughing or dancing.

Maybe you are weeping and mourning. I was there a month ago when I lost my grandmother. The truth is people are being affected by the virus daily. People's jobs, people's lives. Maybe that's you.

You're lost and you don't know what the future holds for you.

If you just keep listening to these episodes, I hope you'll find the faith to know that our God is great. He is mighty. He is always fighting your battles right by your side. "
